If you’re looking for a place to hold a meeting, the library might be able to help you. Whether it’s for a one-time event or a regular meeting, we have some spaces available for meetings:

  • The first-floor meeting room, handicap-accessible, 2-10 people
  • The second-floor mezzanine, not handicap accessible, 1-20 people
  • The lower-level Virginia Brockmeier Community Room, handicap-accessible, 10-45 people

For full details, take a look at the Meeting Room Policy.

You can contact us at 920-994-4825 or by emailing lakeview@monarchlibraries.org if you want to inquire about using one of our meeting spaces. The Brockmeier room costs $25 for a reservation of up to four hours; non-profit, governmental and service groups are exempt from this cost. The other two meeting rooms are free. All rooms require a refundable $25 deposit in case of damages.
